MotoGP 13 was announced by game publishing company PQube with developer Milestone taking back production, after its departure on the franchise with MotoGP 08. Along with the racing game's inclusion on the Playstation Vita handheld, Milestone announced that it would return support to the PC, as well as versions for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
The game is set for release on June 21, 2013, while Milestone announced that there is going to be a DEMO version of the game which will be released on June 12, 2013 on PC and on Xbox 360 for Xbox Live Gold members. For Xbox Live Silver members the release of the demo is slightly later on June 16, 2013. The PS3 demo was set to also be released on June 12 but was delayed and will now be released on June 19.
